Refunds, Cancellation, and Order Modification Policy

60-Day Results Guarantee

At the Official Aida Store, we stand behind our products. That’s why we offer a 60-Day Results Guarantee to give customers the opportunity to try Aida risk-free.

If you have used the product consistently as directed and did not experience noticeable improvement, you may request a refund within 60 days from the date of delivery.

 


 

 

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the 60-Day Results Guarantee:

  1. The product must be used consistently as directed for a reasonable trial period (minimum of 30 days from the date of delivery).

  2. The refund request must be submitted within 60 days of delivery.

  3. Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

  4. Only one Results Guarantee refund per customer or household is permitted.

Due to the consumable nature of our products, returns of used products are not required for Results Guarantee refunds.

 


 

 

What Qualifies as “No Results”

Results may vary by individual. “No results” refers to the absence of noticeable improvement after consistent and proper use of the product, such as reduced bloating or improved digestion. Individual experiences may differ.

 


 

 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.

Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.

 


 

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request:

  1. Photos of the item received

  2. Your order number

Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement at no additional cost.

These cases are handled separately from the Results Guarantee.

 


 

 

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and will instead fall under our Results Guarantee or Damages & Issues policy, where applicable.

 


 

 

Order Modifications

Order modifications (such as changes to shipping address or order details) may be requested within 24 hours before the order is processed.

Once processing has begun, modifications may no longer be possible. We recommend contacting our support team immediately if a change is needed.

 


 

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be offered at the discretion of the Official Aida Store, depending on the situation and product availability.

Subscription Cancellation & Billing Policy

 

Subscription Terms & Recurring Billing

Some Aida products are offered as a subscription for customer convenience. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method at the stated interval until the subscription is cancelled.

Subscription details, including billing frequency and amount, are clearly displayed at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

 


 

How to Cancel a Subscription

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next scheduled billing date.

Simply go to Aida Membership Portal to cancel, reactivate or change the billing interval of the subscription.

Customers may also cancel their subscription by contacting our support team and providing:

  1. Your order number or email used at checkout

  2. A request to cancel your subscription

Once cancellation is confirmed, no future subscription charges will be made.

 


 

 

Cancellation Timing & Billing Cutoffs

Subscription cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.

Requests received after this cutoff may apply to the following billing cycle.

This policy ensures sufficient time to process requests accurately and prevent billing errors.

 


 

 

Charges After Shipment

If a subscription order has already been processed or shipped at the time of cancellation:

  1. The charge will stand for that billing cycle

  2. The subscription will not renew again

  3. The order will instead be covered under our 60-Day Results Guarantee, where applicable

 

 


 

 

Refunds on Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are eligible for refunds only under the 60-Day Results Guarantee, provided all eligibility requirements are met.

Refunds are not issued solely for failure to cancel prior to shipment or billing cutoff.

 


 

 

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to manage subscription preferences and submit cancellation requests before the billing date.

Confirmation of cancellation will be provided via email once processed.
