Shipping policy
Order Processing
We process all orders within one (1-2) business day (Monday-Friday) of receiving your order confirmation email. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. When your order ships, you’ll receive a second email with a real-time tracking link.
Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery windows (in business days) are:

Shipping Fees
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination and current carrier costs.
Tracking & Order Status
Once dispatched, your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking activity to appear.
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact support@officialaidastore.com with your name and order number so we can assist.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders that have already shipped are not eligible for cancellation or amendments.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, email support@officialaidastore.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We handle cases individually and will work toward a satisfactory solution.
