Aida App Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information when you:
- use the Aida mobile app for iOS and Android (the "App") and your account in it;
- buy or use Aida+, our membership, through the App Store, Google Play or our checkout pages;
- browse products and start checkouts in the Shop in the App;
- contact our customer service team about the App.
This Privacy Policy covers only the App. Our website, https://officialaidastore.com, has its own privacy policy. That policy applies when you visit the website and when you place an order on the officialaidastore.com checkout, including an order that you start in the App (see section 7.1).
Our Aida App Terms of Use explain the rules for using the App and Aida+.
The short version
- What we collect. Your account details, what you log in the App, photos you choose to scan or save, your Ask Aida conversation, your voice during a live voice call, your purchases, and how you use the App.
- Why. To run the App for you, keep your account safe, give you Aida+, and find and fix problems.
- Health information. Some of what you log is health information. You agree that we keep it when you set up the App. We use it only to give you the App's features, and we never sell it.
- AI. The App sends information to outside AI companies only after you agree. You can turn this off at any time. They do not use it to train their AI.
- Photos. We never keep scan photos. We keep progress photos only if you allow it. You can delete them at any time.
- Sharing. We share information only with companies that help us run the App, such as our hosting, AI, email, analytics and payment providers. We never sell your information. The App shows no ads.
- Your choices. You can see, correct or delete your information. You can delete your account in the App at any time.
- Questions. Email support@officialaidastore.com.
1. Who we are
KYGK Partners LLC ("Aida Store", "we", "us" or "our") operates the App. KYGK Partners LLC is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Our address and phone numbers are in section 20.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us and the App collects
Account information. Your email address, your name, and an account ID that we create. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we also receive the information described in section 6.
Profile and preferences. The answers you give when you set up the App: your focus areas (face, belly, legs and ankles, or hands and fingers), your morning and evening check-in reminder times, your time zone, your notification choices and the avatar you pick. If you set up an earlier version of the App, also the goals you chose then. We also record when you agree that we keep your health information, and when you give or withdraw consent for AI processing and for photo storage.
Wellness records. The information you choose to log:
- daily check-ins: mood, notes, tags, your own ratings of how you feel and of puffiness in your focus areas, how your rings, waistband or belt fit, and an optional waist measurement;
- food log entries: food name, time, an estimated grade and estimated calories;
- completed Move routines: which routine, the day, the minutes and, if you answer, how you felt after it;
- your daily routine: the Aida products you own and the ones you tick off each day;
- goals you write and mark as done;
- face and body scan results: scores, a one-sentence summary, the scoring version and the AI model used.
This information can be health information. We keep and use it only with your explicit consent, which you give when you set up the App (section 15.2), and only to provide the App's features to you.
Photos. Photos you take or choose for scans, and progress photos you choose to save. See section 5.
Ask Aida conversations. The messages you send to Ask Aida, our AI wellness assistant, its replies, and the notes it keeps about your preferences and goals. See section 4.
Voice. Audio from your microphone, only while a live voice conversation is open. We do not save the audio or the transcript. See section 4.
Image ideas. The text you write when you ask the App to create an image. We do not save the text or the image on our servers.
Reports. If you report something in the App, we receive the reported content, the reason you choose and any note you add. See section 4.5.
Purchases and membership. Whether you have Aida+, where you bought it (App Store, Google Play or our checkout pages), its status and its end date. We do not receive your card details. See section 7.
Store activity in the App. The products in your cart, the checkouts you start from the App, the orders you mark as received, and the times the App issued a discount code for your checkouts. See section 7.1.
Device and technical information. When you sign in, we store the IP address and device information (user agent) with your sign-in session. See section 6. If you allow notifications, we store your device's push notification token and whether it is an iPhone or Android device. We also count how many times you use each AI feature each day, to apply daily limits. When the App checks for an update, our app update and push notification provider receives your device's IP address, whether it is an iPhone or Android device, the App version and a random ID for the App on your device.
Usage and crash information. The App sends this information to our analytics and crash reporting provider:
- the names of actions you take, such as saving a check-in, sending a message to Ask Aida, viewing a product or starting a checkout, and the screens you open;
- your device's manufacturer and model, its operating system and version, the App version and build, your language and region setting, your time zone, your screen size, and whether your device is an iPhone or Android device;
- a random ID for the App on your device until you sign in, and your account ID after you sign in;
- technical details of crashes and unexpected errors in the App, such as the error message and stack trace.
The App never adds your wellness records, notes, Ask Aida messages, image ideas, photos, email address or name to this information. The App does not record your screen or your taps. Our analytics and crash reporting provider receives your device's IP address with each request, but we set it to discard the address: it does not store your IP address or use it to find your location. We use this information to learn how people use the App, to improve it, and to find and fix crashes.
You can stop this on your device. Open Settings, then Privacy and AI, and turn off Share usage data. While it is off, the App collects no usage or crash information on that device. It is on until you turn it off. If you do not see this switch, update the App.
When an error happens on our servers, our servers send an error report to the same provider. The report contains the error type, the error message with personal information removed, the stack trace, the kind of request that failed, its result and the server version. Server error reports do not contain your account ID or other personal information.
Support messages. The content of emails you send to our support address.
2.2 Information we get from others
- Apple or Google, when you sign in with them (section 6).
- Apple or Google, through our subscription management provider, when you buy Aida+ in the App (section 7.2).
- Our store's order records, for your store orders and the products in them. We look them up only by your verified email address (section 7.1).
- Our website subscription records, for Aida+ that you bought on our checkout pages. We look them up only by your verified email address (section 7.3).
2.3 What you must give us
You need an email address, or an Apple or Google account, to have an App account. Everything else is your choice. If you do not give some information, the feature that needs it does not work. For example, scans need a photo, and Ask Aida needs your consent to AI processing.
2.4 Information the App does not collect
The App does not:
- collect your precise or approximate location;
- read your contacts;
- read your whole photo library. The system photo picker gives the App only the photo you choose;
- use an advertising identifier;
- track you across other companies' apps or websites;
- contain advertising or advertising networks.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- provide customer service and support;
- create and secure your App account, and sign you in;
- provide the App's features, such as check-ins, the food log, scans, progress photos, routines, goals and Ask Aida;
- give Aida+ members access to Aida+ features;
- apply daily limits to AI features;
- provide the Shop in the App: your cart, the checkouts you start and your order list;
- show your store orders and your Aida+ status in the App;
- suggest which Aida products to tick when you set up your routine, from the products in your store orders;
- send push notifications that you allow;
- review reports that you send from the App;
- learn how people use the App, so that we can improve it;
- find and fix crashes and errors in the App and on our servers;
- detect and prevent fraud and abuse;
- communicate with you about your account or your Aida+ membership;
- comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your App wellness records, photos or conversations for advertising. Section 15.2 gives the legal basis for each use.
4. AI features in the App
4.1 Your consent
The App asks for your permission before it sends any information for AI processing. You give this permission in the App before you first use an AI feature: a scan, Ask Aida, live voice or image creation.
You can withdraw this permission at any time: open Settings, then Privacy and AI, and turn off Use AI features. If you withdraw it, the App stops making new AI requests, and an open live voice conversation ends. Withdrawing does not delete your saved conversations, scan results or other history. It also does not undo processing that has already started.
4.2 What each AI feature sends
Our servers send AI requests to outside AI companies. The App never contacts an AI company directly.
| Feature | Information sent for AI processing | What we keep |
|---|---|---|
| Face and body scans | One photo | The scores, a one-sentence summary, the scoring version and the model ID. We discard the photo. |
| Food scans | One photo of a meal, a nutrition label or packaging | The food name, estimated grade and calories, if you save the entry. We discard the photo. |
| Ask Aida chat (Aida+) | Your message, the earlier conversation, Ask Aida's notes about you, and a short summary from the App: the date and time in your time zone, your first name, your focus areas, your program day, your Aida products and the ones you ticked off today, today's check-in ratings, how many days you checked in this week, your active goals and the record you ask about. When Ask Aida needs them, it also reads your check-ins (including notes, waist, and how your rings, waistband or belt fit), food log, scan results, goals, Move routines (including how you felt after them) and daily routine. An AI model checks each finished reply, together with the message it answers. If it flags the reply, the App shows a safe message instead. | The conversation and Ask Aida's notes, until you clear them or delete your account. Ask Aida never receives your photos. |
| Live voice (Aida+) | Your voice audio and its transcript while the conversation is open (at most 10 minutes), Ask Aida's notes about you, and, when the conversation starts, the same short summary that Ask Aida chat gets: the date and time in your time zone, your first name, your focus areas, your program day, your Aida products and the ones you ticked off today, today's check-in ratings, how many days you checked in this week and your active goals. If the voice model passes a question to the chat model, the transcript so far goes to the chat model. | Nothing. We do not save the audio or the transcript. |
| Image creation | The text you write. An AI model checks the text before the image is created. | Nothing. The image is returned to your device only. |
4.3 AI providers
Our servers send each AI request to an AI gateway service. The gateway passes the request to a third-party AI model provider, which creates the answer. Different AI model providers can handle different features. These companies receive the information in section 4.2 only to answer your request.
We do not collect, use or sell personal information to train large language models or other AI models. Our AI providers do not use your photos, messages or wellness records to train their models.
The AI gateway service does not keep your requests. AI model providers can keep a request for a limited time, under their own terms, to check it for safety and abuse.
4.4 Ask Aida conversations
Ask Aida is an AI assistant, not a person. Its answers can be wrong.
Ask Aida is one continuous conversation. We store its messages, and the notes Ask Aida keeps about your preferences and goals, in our database so that you can continue the conversation on any device.
To clear your chat history, choose Clear Ask Aida chat history in Settings, under Privacy and AI, or Clear chat history in the Ask Aida menu. This deletes the messages and Ask Aida's notes about you from our database.
4.5 Reports
You can report these things in the App:
- an Ask Aida reply;
- a generated image;
- the captions of a live voice conversation;
- a face, body or food scan result;
- a product review in the Shop.
We email the report to our support team through our email delivery provider. The report contains:
- the reported content as the App shows it: the reply text, the image with its prompt, the captions, the scan result text, or the review with its author and product;
- the reason you chose and your note;
- your account ID and email address, so that we can reply to you.
4.6 No automated decisions about you
The App does not use AI to make decisions that have legal effects on you or that affect you in a similarly serious way. Scan scores, food grades and Ask Aida's answers are estimates and ideas for you. We do not use them to decide what you can buy, what you pay or what you can use in the App.
5. Photos
5.1 Scan photos
When you scan your face, body or food, the App sends one photo to our servers. Our servers send it for AI scoring and then discard it. We save only the result. We never store scan photos.
We do not use scan photos to identify you, and we do not make or keep a template of your face or body. We never give scan photos or progress photos to analytics or advertising companies.
Before the upload, the App makes a new, resized copy of the photo and deletes the camera or picker copy. The uploaded copy does not contain location data, the date the photo was taken or the camera model.
5.2 Progress photos
Progress photos are the only photos we store. We store them only after you allow photo storage in the App.
- We store progress photos in a private storage bucket with our cloud hosting provider, in eastern North America. The bucket has no public access.
- Photos are encrypted in transit and at rest. This is not end-to-end encryption.
- Progress photos are never sent to AI providers and are never used for scans.
- The App uploads a new, resized copy of each progress photo. The copy does not contain location data, the date the photo was taken or the camera model.
- Only you can view your photos in the App, through links that expire after 15 minutes.
- You can delete one photo or all of your photos at any time.
- If you turn off Save progress photos, the App stops new uploads. You choose whether to keep the photos you already saved or delete them.
- When you delete your account, we delete all of your progress photos.
6. Signing in to the App
The App has no passwords. You can sign in in these ways:
- Email code. We email a six-digit code to you through our email delivery provider. The code expires after 10 minutes.
- Google. Google shares your name, email address, Google account ID and profile picture link with us. We also store the sign-in tokens that Google issues.
- Apple. Apple shares your name, your email address (or a private relay address that Apple creates) and your Apple account ID with us. We also store the sign-in tokens that Apple issues. When you delete your account, we use them to ask Apple to remove Aida's access to your Apple ID.
The App stores your sign-in session in your device's secure storage (the iOS Keychain or the Android Keystore).
IP address and device information. We use the IP address of each sign-in request to limit repeated attempts from one address. We also count wrong codes for each email address for 1 hour, to block repeated guessing. When you sign in, we store the IP address and the device information (user agent) of that device with your sign-in session, to keep your account secure. A session expires after 7 days without use. We delete a session and its IP address when you sign out, when the App next uses the session after it has expired, or when you delete your account.
7. Aida+ and the Shop
7.1 The Shop in the App
In the Shop, you can browse our products and their customer reviews, and add products to a cart. Our online store platform hosts our store, cart, checkout and order records.
When you start a checkout, our servers create the cart with your verified account email address as the buyer's email address. The App then opens the officialaidastore.com checkout in an in-app browser.
You place the order on the officialaidastore.com checkout, not in the App. Our website privacy policy, terms of service and refund policy apply to that order and to the information you enter at checkout.
The App shows your store orders. When you set up your routine, the App also uses the products in your orders to suggest which Aida products to tick. For both, our servers look up your verified account email address in our order records. We look up no orders for an email address you have not verified.
7.2 Aida+ through the App Store or Google Play
Apple or Google processes your payment. We do not receive your card details.
We use a subscription management provider to manage in-app subscriptions. It receives your Aida account ID and the subscription records from Apple or Google. With each request, the App also sends it:
- your device's model (on Android, also its brand) and its operating system version;
- your language and region settings, and the country of your App Store or Google Play account;
- technical details, such as the App version and whether the App runs in the background;
- on iPhone, the identifier that Apple gives the App on your device (identifier for vendor).
Our subscription management provider receives your device's IP address with each request. The App does not send it an advertising identifier. Our servers read your subscription status from it.
7.3 Aida+ through our checkout pages
You can also buy Aida+ on our checkout pages. A checkout and billing provider runs these pages for us. It and our payment processors receive the information you enter at checkout, such as your name, email address, billing address and payment details. In the App, Aida+ that you bought on our checkout pages shows as VIP Club.
To link this purchase to the App, sign in to the App with the email address you used at checkout. Our servers look up that verified email address in our subscription records.
7.4 Billing, cancellation and refunds
The Aida+ membership section of our Aida App Terms of Use explains billing, cancellation and refunds for each place you can buy Aida+. Deleting your Aida account does not cancel a subscription.
8. Notifications
Reminders. If you turn on reminders, the App schedules them on your device: a morning check-in reminder, an evening check-in reminder, or both, at the times you choose, and a weekly summary reminder on Sundays. While reminders are on, the App also schedules one "Your first 4 weeks" note for the day your first 4 weeks of check-ins are ready to view. It comes only once. These reminders do not go through our servers.
Push notifications. If you allow notifications, the App sends your device's push token to our servers. If we send a push notification, we send it through our app update and push notification provider. It delivers the notification through Apple's push notification service (iPhone) or Google's (Android). A notification contains a title, one sentence and a link to a screen in the App. Notifications never contain your wellness information.
When you sign out, the App asks our servers to delete the push token of that device. You can turn off notifications at any time in your device settings.
9. How we share your information
We share personal information with service providers only as needed to run our business and provide our services. These providers receive only the information they need. They must keep it confidential and secure, and protect it at least as well as this policy does. Below, we name each provider by what it does for us. Section 15.5 says how to ask for their names.
| Service provider | What it does for us |
|---|---|
| Our online store platform | Hosts our online store, cart, checkout and order records |
| Our checkout and billing provider | Runs our website checkout pages and bills Aida+ bought on them |
| Payment processors | Process payments securely |
| Customer support platforms | Help us answer your questions |
| Fraud prevention services | Detect and prevent fraud |
| Our cloud hosting provider | Runs the App's servers and stores progress photos |
| Our database hosting provider | Hosts the App's database |
| An AI gateway service | Passes AI requests to AI model providers |
| AI model providers (see section 4.3) | Process AI requests |
| Our email delivery provider | Sends sign-in codes, account deletion codes and reports by email |
| Our analytics and crash reporting provider | Measures how the App is used and records crash and error reports |
| Our app update and push notification provider | Delivers App updates and push notifications to your device |
| Our subscription management provider | Manages App Store and Google Play subscriptions |
| Apple and Google | Distribute the App, process in-app payments, provide Sign in with Apple and Google sign-in, and deliver push notifications |
Our own systems. Our store and App systems are separate. The App's servers send your verified email address to our order and subscription records only to find your orders, the products in them and your Aida+ purchases. We keep copies of the emails that we send, including sign-in codes and reports, in our internal email records.
Legal reasons. We can disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share App information for advertising.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
The App does not use advertising cookies. It keeps on your device:
- your sign-in session;
- a small counter that limits how often it asks you to rate the App;
- which accounts on the device closed the membership welcome card;
- whether you turned off Share usage data;
- for our analytics and crash reporting provider, the App's random ID and the usage and crash information that it has not sent yet (see section 2.1);
- for our subscription management provider, your account ID and your App Store or Google Play subscription records, until you sign out;
- a photo you take or choose, in the App's temporary files, until the App has uploaded, scanned or discarded it, and at the latest until you sign out.
The App does not save your progress photos on your device. It holds a progress photo in memory only while the App is running.
We do not sell or share your information for advertising, so a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal from your device or browser changes nothing in the App. Our website privacy policy describes the cookies that the website uses.
11. Where we store and process information
We store App data in North America. Our App servers run on a global cloud network that handles each request in a data center near you. Our database is in the eastern United States. Progress photos are stored in eastern North America. Our analytics and crash reporting provider stores usage and crash information in the United States. AI providers and our other service providers can process information in the United States and in other countries.
If you live outside the United States, including in the United Kingdom, we transfer your information to the United States. Our service providers can also process it in other countries. Data protection laws there can differ from the laws where you live. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for a copy of these safeguards (section 15.5).
12. Data security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, change, disclosure or destruction. For the App, these include:
- encrypted connections (HTTPS) between the App and our servers;
- sign-in sessions kept in your device's secure storage;
- a private photo storage bucket that only our servers can reach;
- an emailed code to confirm account deletion.
No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will tell you and the authorities when the law requires it.
13. Deleting your Aida account
You can delete your Aida account and everything saved in it at any time.
In the App:
- Tap your avatar at the top of any tab to open Settings.
- Under Account, tap Delete account, then tap Delete account again.
- Enter the code that we email to you.
Without the App: follow the steps at https://api.officialaidastore.com/delete-account, or email support@officialaidastore.com from the address on your account.
When you delete your account, we permanently delete:
- your profile, your preferences, and the records of your consent for health information, AI processing and photo storage;
- your check-ins, journal notes, food log, scan results, routine history, Move sessions and goals;
- your progress photos;
- your Ask Aida conversation and Ask Aida's notes about you;
- your cart, push notification tokens, sign-in sessions and linked Apple or Google sign-in.
If you used Sign in with Apple, we also ask Apple to remove Aida's access to your Apple ID.
Deleting your account does not delete:
- your store orders and their payment and billing records;
- records that Apple, Google, our subscription management provider or our checkout and billing provider hold about your purchases;
- copies of emails we sent to you, held by our email delivery provider and in our internal email records;
- usage and crash information held by our analytics and crash reporting provider;
- reports you sent from the App, and emails you sent to our support team;
- deleted data in our database backups, for up to 7 days.
Deleting your account does not delete your customer record at our subscription management provider. Apple, Google and our subscription management provider keep purchase records for tax, refunds and disputes.
Section 14 says how long we keep this information. Deleting your account also does not cancel an Aida+ subscription (see section 7.4).
14. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it to provide our services, fulfill orders, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
| Information | How long we keep it |
|---|---|
| App account, profile and wellness records | Until you delete them or your account |
| Progress photos | Until you delete them or your account |
| Ask Aida conversations | Until you clear your chat history or delete your account |
| Scan photos | Not kept. Discarded after scoring |
| Live voice audio and transcripts | Not kept |
| Created images and their prompts | Not kept on our servers |
| AI requests at AI model providers | For a limited time under their own terms, for safety and abuse checks (section 4.3) |
| Email sign-in and deletion codes | 10 minutes |
| Counts of wrong sign-in codes for an email address | 1 hour |
| Sign-in sessions, with their IP address and user agent | Until you sign out or delete your account, or the App next uses the session after it has expired (section 6) |
| Push notification tokens | Until you sign out, the push notification service rejects the token, or you delete your account |
| Usage and crash information at our analytics and crash reporting provider | Until that provider deletes it at the end of its retention period. Deleting your account does not delete it. |
| Store orders, payment and billing records | As long as needed for orders, legal obligations, disputes and our agreements |
| Aida+ purchase records at Apple, Google and our subscription management provider | As long as they need them for tax, refunds and disputes. Deleting your account does not delete them. |
| Copies of emails we send, at our email delivery provider and in our internal email records | Up to 2 years |
| Reports in our support inbox | Up to 2 years |
| Database backups | Up to 7 days |
15. Your privacy rights
15.1 Rights for everyone
You can ask us to:
- give you access to your personal information;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your personal information.
In the App, you can also:
- change your name, preferences and notification choices;
- withdraw consent for AI processing or photo storage;
- turn off Share usage data, so the App collects no usage or crash information on that device;
- delete food entries, goals and progress photos, and clear your Ask Aida chat history;
- delete your account.
Section 15.5 says how to make a request. We will not treat you differently because you use your rights.
15.2 Rights in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area
The App is not offered in the European Union. It is offered in the United Kingdom. If data protection law in the UK or the EEA applies to you, you also have the right to:
- receive your information in a portable format;
- object to our use of your information when we rely on our legitimate interests;
- ask us to restrict our use of your information;
- withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect what we did before you withdrew it;
- complain to us. Email support@officialaidastore.com. We will confirm that we received your complaint within 30 days;
- complain to your data protection authority. In the UK, this is the Information Commission (ico.org.uk).
We use your information on these legal bases:
| What we do | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Create your account, sign you in, provide the App's features, give you Aida+ and the Shop, and answer your support requests | To perform our contract with you |
| Send your information for AI processing | Your consent |
| Store your progress photos | Your consent |
| Store and use check-ins, food entries, scan results and other health information | Your explicit consent (see below) |
| Send push notifications | Your consent, which you give when you allow notifications |
| Learn how people use the App, and find and fix crashes and errors | Our legitimate interest in keeping the App working and making it better |
| Keep your account secure, limit repeated sign-in attempts, and detect and prevent fraud and abuse | Our legitimate interest in keeping our services and users safe |
| Keep tax, accounting and purchase records, and answer legal requests | To comply with legal obligations |
Check-ins, food entries, scan results and the other wellness records in section 2.1 can be health information. We use them on the basis of your explicit consent. You give this consent on the last step of setting up the App, Your plan, when you tap Agree and start my first check-in. If you set up the App before this step existed, the App asks you once on the Today screen. To withdraw it, delete your account in Settings (section 13). To delete only some records, such as check-ins or scan results, email support@officialaidastore.com from the address on your account and say what to delete.
15.3 Rights in US states such as California
If you live in a US state with a consumer privacy law, such as California, you can have the right to:
- know what personal information we collect, use and disclose;
- get a copy of your personal information;
- correct and delete your personal information;
- not receive discriminatory treatment for using these rights.
In the last 12 months, we collected these categories of personal information through the App and Aida+:
- identifiers: name, email address, billing address, account ID and IP address;
- commercial information: Aida+ purchases, Shop carts and store orders;
- internet or other electronic network activity: how you use the App, and crash reports;
- audio: live voice;
- sensitive personal information: health information, and photos you choose to scan or save.
We collect this information from you, from your device, and from the sources in section 2.2. We use and disclose it only for the purposes in sections 3 and 9. We disclose it only to the service providers in section 9, for the business purposes there. Section 14 says how long we keep each category.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share App information for cross-context behavioral advertising. This is true for everyone, including people under 16. We use sensitive personal information only to provide the services you ask for, through our service providers, and to keep the App safe and working.
15.4 Consumer health data
If you live in a US state with a consumer health data law, such as Washington or Nevada, our Aida App Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy also applies to you.
15.5 How to make a request
Email support@officialaidastore.com from the email address on your account or order. We may ask for more information to confirm your identity. An authorized agent can make a request for you if they show that you gave them permission.
You can also ask us for the names of the service providers in section 9, or for a copy of the safeguards in section 11.
If we refuse your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer. We will respond to your appeal within the time the law requires. If we deny your appeal, you can contact the attorney general of your state.
16. Wellness estimates, not medical advice
Face, body and food scan results are visual wellness estimates. They are not diagnoses, and they can be inaccurate. Lighting, pose and camera angle affect the scores.
Ask Aida gives general wellness support. It does not give medical advice. If you have a health concern, talk to a qualified healthcare professional.
